この度、JAA研究委員会では、会員限定行事として、Dr. Choong Yeow Choy （Professor, University of Malaya, Visiting Professor, University of Tokyo）をお招きし、『International Commercial Courts – The Impact and Implications on Arbitration』と題して研究講座を開催いたします。

This topic focuses on International Commercial Courts as the fora for the resolution of transnational commercial disputes. The overriding objectives are twofold. The first is to determine the impact of these fora in the realm of transnational commercial dispute resolution and the second is to discern their implications, if any, on arbitration. It will use the Singapore International Commercial Court as the template for deliberation.
