内容
In 2019, Israel and Japan proposed that UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) explores developing tools for resolving high tech disputes, based on preliminary data suggesting that the current modes of dispute resolution are ill-equipped to the fast paced, highly-specialized high-tech world. Since then, UNCITRAL, Israel and Japan have consulted with private sector and academic experts, focusing on aspects like timeframes, evidence collection, confidentiality and case management. The speakers will present the current state of affairs, and their outlook for the way ahead.
