内容
- How we could increase efficiency and reduce costs in arbitral proceedings: Comparison of a new Prague Rules on the Efficient Conduct of Proceedings in International Arbitration and IPA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration, as well as introduction of CIArb’s new Guidelines for Witness Conferencing.
- 2019年4月から慶應義塾大学法科大学院において、Introduction to ArbitrationおよびInternational Commercial Arbitration Iを履修し、単位を修得すれば、CIArbのメンバー（AssociateおよびMember）となる資格を取得することが可能になったことから、当該コースの概要と2019年春学期の実績を紹介する。
