この度、JAA研究委員会では、会員限定行事として、シンガポール国際仲裁センター（SIAC）よりPaul Sandosham氏、Seah S. Lee氏をお招きし、『Alternative Dispute Resolution Schemes introduced by the Law Society of Singapore / Singapore’s Updated Dispute Resolution Framework: The SIAC Rules 2016 and the SIAC-SIMC Arb-Med-Arb Protocol』（シンガポール弁護士会のADRスキーム／シンガポールにおける最新の紛争解決の枠組み：SIAC規則2016とSIAC-SIMC Arb-Med-Arb議定書）と題して研究講座を開催いたします。

Alternative Dispute Resolution Schemes introduced by the Law Society of Singapore – The topic will cover various ADR schemes conceived and implemented by the Law Society of Singapore. These include the Law Society of Singapore Arbitration Scheme (LSAS) and the Law Society Mediation Scheme (LSMS). The topic will discuss the benefits offered by these two schemes and analyse the procedures in both the schemes.
Singapore’s Updated Dispute Resolution Framework: The SIAC Rules 2016 and the SIAC-SIMC Arb-Med-Arb Protocol – This event will provide an “inside look” at how the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) are able to facilitate the resolution of international disputes. The focus will be on the SIAC Rules 2016 and the new provisions on multiple contracts and consolidation, joinder of additional parties, and early dismissal. The topic will also discuss the SIMC’s emergence as a leading centre for international mediation and the SIAC-SIMC Arb-Med-Arb Protocol.
