Edward Taylor is a Partner in Shearman & Sterling’s International Arbitration practice based in Hong Kong. He has over a decade of experience in advising companies, States and State-owned entities in commercial and investment treaty disputes across Asia and internationally. Edward also sits as arbitrator. He is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Hong Kong and a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (FHKIArb).
内容
Guerilla Tactics can disrupt, delay and, in serious cases, derail international arbitrations. This presentation draws on the speaker’s experience as counsel and arbitrator to explore different types of guerilla tactics and provide practical insights on how such tactics can be combatted.
