内容
The 7th edition of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s Arbitration Rules (“SIAC Rules 2025”) came into force on 1 January 2025. The SIAC Rules 2025 introduce new procedures and enhancements to existing processes, designed to ensure:
a) Fairness in the conduct of proceedings,
b) Efficiency proportionate to the amount and complexity of the dispute, and
c) Enforceability of arbitral awards.
Speakers from SIAC will discuss the key features of the SIAC Rules 2025, including:
d) Streamlined Procedure
e) Expedited Procedure
f) Preliminary Determination
g) Emergency Arbitration and Protective Preliminary Orders
h) Coordinated Proceedings
i) Third-Party Funding Arrangements
The session will explore how the new Rules are designed to better meet the needs of arbitration users.
