内容
Differences between various English speaking commercial courts in the European Union, and their (dis-)advantages in relation to arbitration. Special attention to litigation before the Netherlands Commercial Court, which may be of interest due to the number of Japanese companies in the Netherlands, and the role it can play during and after an international arbitration (in particular enforcement and setting aside of arbitral awards).
